I’m a Delaware native – growing up in the Newark, DE area. My love for the beaches, the ocean, inland waterways, fishing, and surfing had me relocating to the beach in the mid-eighties. In 2001 I obtained my REALTOR’s license and joined the firm Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty. I have spent my entire career with the Gallo firm bringing buyers and sellers together throughout Sussex County.

Although I have listed and sold property from Middletown to Fenwick Island and 25 miles inland, my area of expertise is the Dewey Beach market. I’ve been researching and tracking the Dewey Beach market for my entire career. In those early years, I provided marketing updates via a newsletter several times a year.
