Happy Holidays! It’s that time of the year again. The holiday season is upon us. The daylight hours are getting much shorter, kind of like the inventory in our market:) Dewey’s entire inventory includes three single family homes on land that you own, one single family on leased land and two condos. Killens Addition, Dodds Addition, Silver Lake Manor, Ann Acres, Poynters Addition, Sea Breeze Dev and Country Manor only offer one single family home and one condo and that’s the entire inventory. Limited inventory results in low transactions thus this very small update for a 2.5 week time span. The interest rates have remained the same, a 30 year fixed is 3.125% and a jumbo loan remains at 2.750. Happy and safe holidays to all!!!
